Reservation and Cancelation Policies
- A deposit will be made online and the balance in cash upon arrival in pesos
- Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance
- A letter of responsibility will be signed at the beginning of the tour.
- Any cancellation has a penalty of 20% of the total amount of the reservation.
- Cancellations 7 to 3 days prior to the tour 50% penalty
- Cancellations 2 days or less with no refund
- No show no refund
- Reservations are not cancelled in case of cloudy weather or rain forecast. Only in case of extreme weather such as a tropical storm or hurricane will the deposit paid be refunded if the client is unable to reschedule the date.
